-Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you the status of your Refund.

 

Refunds:

-If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

-Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

 

Exchanges:

-If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us to arrange the exchange process.
