Is your hair 100% human hair?
Yes! All of our hair is 100% raw and virgin Vietnamese and Indian human hair — no synthetics, no blends, ever.
What's the difference between raw and virgin hair?
Raw hair is completely unprocessed, cut directly from a single donor. Virgin hair is also unprocessed and chemical-free, but may be steam-styled to create texture patterns like body wave or curly. Both can be bleached, dyed, and heat-styled.
How many bundles do I need for a full install?
For lengths up to 22", we recommend 3 bundles. For 24" and longer, go with 4 bundles for full, luxurious volume. Adding a closure or frontal? 3 bundles + closure is the sweet spot.
Can I bleach, dye, or use heat on the hair?
Absolutely — it's 100% human hair, so it handles color and heat just like your own. For dramatic color changes (especially going blonde), we recommend a professional stylist to keep the hair at its best.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care — gentle washing, minimal excessive heat, and storing it properly — our raw and virgin hair can last a year or longer, and many customers get even more wear out of it.
Orders & Shipping
How long until my order ships?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
How much is shipping, and how fast is delivery?
Standard Shipping is $15.00 (5-8 business days) and Express Shipping is $25.00 (3-4 business days). Best part? Shipping is FREE on all orders over $300!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International rates are calculated at checkout (USPS & DHL Express). Any customs duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Once your return is approved, you'll ship it back to us (return shipping is on you unless the mistake was ours), and we'll refund your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
My package is lost, delayed, or arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days at millionbundlescsc@outlook.com and we'll help track it down and make it right.
